PR in Quebec for my remaining family members in Pakistan

I have got PR after 4 years of struggle and my family member's applications have been filed. I don't know when will I get a response. Can anybody suggest where to approach for current status? I have been told that my case is with the visa officer in London Canada office.

What kind of application? Who told you the case is with a VO in London?
