Doesn't matter whether you are PR or citizen, the process is the same

What is the process for applying PR for parents if already you are citizen of Canada.

Only 10000 applicants a year and gets over within days by First come first serve basis. The processing time is any where from 36 to 48 months. If you want them soon apply for supervisa with which they can stay for 3 years.

Also in PR sponsor there are some more restriction on salary. You should have made minimum of $54K/yr for last 3 years that was for a household of 2. Im not sure if it is the same for 4 or more.

Incorrect. There is now a lottery system in place for PGP sponsorship.
