It is not the first time iam writing, but hopefully you can help me in my situation .
I have been out of Canada Montreal for about last 5 years since my landing in May 2013, we spent only small period in Montreal. Currently, I am working in UAE, I have three kids, and two of them were landed with me in 2013. The smallest one was born in august 2014. I have got him a Travel Visa document to enter to Canada which will mainly expire in March 2018.
I could not meet the residency requirements as I am the only supporter for my aged father and mother, especially their age is 69, and every time, I am thinking to leave them, I think twice about my immigration. in addition the health situation for my mother and brother with cancer stop me to think live in Canada. Especially my brother did his second cancer operation in beginning of 2017 . and my mother as well she did her thyroid cancer and her eyes issues previously. also my wife did her vascular bridge insertion in 2016 to prevent heart attack.
I hope you understand my humanitarian concerns’. I already started to open a new immigration file with Quebec , but i have failed in the last submission, and the current immigration lawyer took a big fees for nothing.
I will be very happy if you can analyze my situation and help me in any advice. iam willing to go to the canadian embassy in UAE and ask them to renew the entry , VISA for my small son to be able to travel in JUne 2018 , explaining and provide them all the proof why i did not go to live in Canada previously .. If they renew it means i still have hopes to go without any problem as the embassy has also immigration officer!
what do you think guys ????
