PR Confirmed on the website, but no email

Have anyone experienced the same? Should she just send a new email to IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca with her details?

Wait for the golden email from IRCC, keep checking spam as well, sometimes they end up there instead of primary inbox.
