Can anybody tell me the office following email belongs to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? Feb 9
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Feb 10
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Feb 10
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Feb 11
5. What is the VO? Etobicoke
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Feb 25 (Mailed on Feb 22)

I have got My first PR card delivered today, Take a look at my timelines:
14 Feb 2021 - ITA received
28 Apr 2021 - Application submitted to IRCC
19 May 2021 - Medical Passed
28 Oct 2021 - Confirmation received and Case office assigned
29 Oct to 15 Jan 2022 - I hold the application for India visit (Sent email to case office to put application on hold till I return back to Canada)
16 Jan 2022 - I have sent email to IRCC officer that we have landed Canada now
17 Jan 2022 - PR portal Credential received
20 Jan 2022 - Declared Inside Canada and uploaded photos on the PR portal
25 Feb 2022 - PR card delivered to home address

Hi Tuffy . Congratulations on receiving your 1st Pr card. How long did it take after it was mailed? What province are you in?

wow. you are so lucky, You got the COPR so fast. I am still waiting for that. It sounds like they are giving it randomly.

which VO, I m at local Etobicoke may be faster than operation center.

I couldn’t see the time for “eCOPR”.
After declaring address and photo, you got your pr card directly. ?

My center was OSC, I got my eCOPR on 12th Feb and I had uploaded photo and address on January 28tj

I am trying to get the COPR ASAP to come back to my hometown for the reunion. I am considering for urgent process. Please let me know when you receive COPR.

even you get copr， It still takes one month at least before you could travel with ur Card

I am at Operations Support Center. They seem to be too long for COPR.

Wow. I am at OSC also. I uploaded my declaration and photo on Feb 8, and still waiting for COPR.

even you get copr， It still takes one month at least before you could travel with ur Card

Yup. But I hope I can get my COPR first. I heard many pp wait around 1 months for COPR

I can't find my case or file linked to my GCkey, is that the reason my application for PR was decision made and finished? right now I got eCopr and waiting for PR card only

You have to link it yourself using your UCI, date of birth and surname.
