PR confirmation portal timelines

Here is my timeline.

eCoPR: 16 Oct 2021 (inland, via Portal)
Re-upload photo due to invalid size: Oct 20, 2021
Status - under IRCC review

I am still waiting for a PR card. A bit frustrated as many people who received eCOPR later than me have already got PR cards.

Nov here, not even received the ecopr...

Ok, I'm giving up. I tried over 30 different brightness/contrast/exposure/black & white variations of my picture in the PR confirmation portal but all I get is;

• Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark.

Really appreciate your suggestions please.

Or should I just go ahead and upload even though I get this error?

Alright, I guess I found the answer. London drug pictures are not worth it. I uploaded a different picture and worked like a charm. Wasted 2 hours!!

Timeline:
1. Portal1: 22nd December 2021
2. Portal2: 29th December 2021
3. Declared and uploaded photo on the same day receiving Portal2 - 29th December 2021
Still waiting for eCoPR on 10th Jan 2022.

I literally received Portal1 three times: first time on 22nd, second time on 28th, third time on 29th, while third time was received along with Portal2. So weird...

While uploading pix, I got this message of too dark/too bright but I still went ahead and uploaded it. How many days you get rejection if photo isn’t approved? Will they send ECOPR only after approval of photo?

i uploaded with same error. Got my ecopr same day. Photo is still in review. Good Luck

Yes, I sent my portal info on Dec 22 and haven't received ecopr yet. Same from Virtual landing unit. It is taking forever to get the ecopr from this office.. frustrating

My theory is they hit their immigration target in that week and have held off from issuing new CoPR until new year so it's part of 2022 target.
