Guys here is a thing which i guess helped me.
I would like to share.
I waited for copr for almost 9 months.
Portal request 9 oct 2021
Same.day picture and address uploaded.
No response for 14 days was in review.
I just randomly replied on the email which they sent and asked for port of enrty and all that stuff and aksed if anything else is required.
And with an hour i got my copr.
Try that guys.
Maybe it'll help you.

I actually did this yesterday and I finally received my eCopr after a month of waiting.
I also sent them a message through webform.

Finally!! I got ECOPR as of Wednesday.
here's my timeline:

Portal invite 2021/10/21
Portal credentials 2021/10/25
Photo submitted 2021/10/25
ECOPR 2021/10/27
COPR waiting

This is a little bit of an off topic but i have a question regarding the health card (OHIP), is the e-mail from immigration good enough to process the OHIP? Or should I wait for the eCopr?

Did anyone else receive multiple portal invite emails? They’ve sent me one email a day since Thursday. The second and third emails were reminders about the first

Should we try sending emails to them for coPR. It looks like they distributed lots of coPR over the weekend but nothing for us.

Did you guys received it, I hope so because I myself has been waiting from October 6th and its killing me
