PR confirmation portal timelines

Hello everyone, I just logged into this account after 1 year and exactly 1 year and 1 month ago today I received my PR Card and I just want to say if your Passport Photo is under review in the PR Portal then you guys don't need to worry as 1 year and 1 month later it is still under review in my PR Portal so as long as your declaration and address is accepted it's all good and you shall receive your PR Card in 1 to 2 months.

It's been 2 years and 5 months since I got my PR.

eCOPR is still available to download (expired now though) and my PR Portal is still showing both my Address and Photo as pending.

But I recieved the physical card, maybe 3 weeks after submitting those even though it's still showing Pending haha.

But was the PR card application created in the portal or did you just receive it without any notice?

It's always sent without any notice.

I recieved it without any notice. I was able to find my PR Card Application number and link it to my IRCC Applications Page (just doing a search by UCI and Family Name). Just kept trying daily until it was found.

I did answer the P1 mail on 13th Nov and received P2 on 17th Nov, both were answered the same day. I received P1 again on 28th Nov while waiting IRCC to confirm my photo is mine and the address I gave probably not less than 20 times is still my address. Answered that second P1 email and mentioned that I've already answered that before. Now it's Dec 6th and my address and photo are still in review with IRCC. Isn't that just a click away?
