Does anyone know if PNP inland EE processing is slower than CEC inland ?

Also, I'm moving to another apartment in July. That's likely going to be within the processing time for p2->ecopr.
Will that negatively affect my app?

I am sure it is slower.

I changed my address 2 days before by calling IRCC.
