Finally that Email arrived !!
I'll share my full timeline soon before that I have this question.

"Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident (PR) of Canada! IRCC has uploaded an electronic copy of your electronic confirmation of permanent residence (eCoPR) document in the PR Confirmation Portal"

But at the portal it's still saying, " IN REVIEW WITH IRCC"
HELP !!!

I don't want to be insensitive for people waiting for PR Card/s. - But here's an update

After - 58 Days from eCOPR

Finally, I received an email that a Final Decision has been made and my Card is being sent out to my address.
Maybe it means GU1 and GU2 are being done in 1 email.

There is however a verbatim in this context: Please expect your card to be received within 6 weeks from the FD date.

After: 3 Webform - 2 Escalation. No Solemn Declaration.

Thats ok, no need to worry
It will be updated in few days, i know few who got there PR card but in the portal it still shows "In Review with IRCC"

Where are you live ? if you are on the east coast it will take about 2-3 days and if you are on the west coast it can take up to a week to get your card. Card sent from sydney, NS

What's in review is the data you have submitted for your first PR card, not your case or eCOPR. Relax, verify the eCOPR for errors, print it, sign it and go to a Service Canada office to get a permanent SIN.

Where are you live ? if you are on the east coast it will take about 2-3 days and if you are on the west coast it can take up to a week to get your card. Card sent from sydney, NS

It can take up to three weeks after your card was dispatched if you live in BC or AB.

The problem is, since mid-March there were effectively zero approvals of new PR cards. Seems like all the efforts of the landing services dept go into issuing more eCOPRs, which indeed are issued at the highest rate this year according to groups/forums/subreddits like this one.

Even if it takes that long, it's still good news, thank you. Because there have been effectively zero approvals for almost an entire month.

West Part. - Ill will set my expectation on 6weeks so that my anxiety will lay low. Its hard to expect and be anxious again.

When I'm login to PR portal to download ecorp there's no ecorp but it says the same thing my case in review with IRCC

Everytime I sent out a webform - within 3 to 5 business days they reply as a generic reply. - That everything is correct and there is nothing we need from you for now just wait and they sent out links. Same context every Reply.

Escalation:
First time I called in, they sent out an escalation to the Office who is handling my application " This is after 30 business days" - I believe this is just a note that they sent out. But the agent used an "escalation" word.
Second time I called in, "40 Business days" they said that they cant leave any note as this application has been escalated and you need to wait for 60 days for the next note or escalation.
Third time I called in, My wife uses her information so that her application will be escalated as well.

I think they use escalation as a word to create urgency and to keep us calm. They are always nice and helpful as long as you are calm and respectful to them I think.

Thank you very much for your information, I also received the same answer as you. The first time I called they also sent a note to the office, the second time I asked them to remind the office and they responded that they had already sent it and they are not allowed to send multiple notes to the office and told me to continue waiting.

It might be your PR card. Looks like the printer is ready to print all the PR cards haha. When was your eCOPR?
