PR confirmation portal timelines

Late update, but I've been thoroughly enjoying this time lately. 
I received my PR card on March 27th (check my signature for the complete timeline).
I don't have access to my GC key, and I didn't apply for my PR card separately, so I don't know when it was sent out. However, the card was printed on March 20th and I received a GU in my tracker on March 26th.
The next day, I received an alert on the Canada Post app that a letter labelled "CANADIAN BANK NOTE COMPANY" was on its way to me, and it was delivered the same day (March 27th).
This has been an unforgettable quest, but it certainly does not finish here. I need to apply for Spousal PR for my wife, which will take another 700 years.

I got my ecopr on Monday march 31st. My final decision was jan 10
I've attempted multiple times over the past four days to locate my application using both the full state name and just the city, trying both case-sensitive and case-insensitive searches, but without success. My eCOPR place of birth is mentioned as NELLORE, ANDHRA . If anyone has advice on how to proceed, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
