PR confirmation portal timelines

I managed to finally reach out IRCC, wasted several hours of my life in the attempts to reach someone, and at the end all the agent could do is say "please wait".
I asked him to drop an email to the visa office - he didn't do anything, said that there's nothing they can do and all I can do is just wait.

Fuck this shit

UPD: Got the golden e-mail at 5:29 PM EDT.
FINALLY I CAN LIVE AGAIN

Became PR at: Montreal Immigration
Issued at: Etobicoke IRCC

I am Outland applicant received FD on 17 Feb. but since 3 weeks I didn’t receive RFV/PPR. PVO is Montreal and SVO is Abu Dhabi now.

IRCC is taking a lot of time these days to send RFVs to outland and eCoPRs to inland applicants. Did you trying contacting them?
