Today marks 3 months since my P2 and submission, so I'm trying to call IRCC, but it wouldn't even place my call in queue and straight up disconnects after I go through all the hassle of IVR and enter my UCI and application number.
Any tips on how to actually get a hold of IRCC agent?

As far as I know, the only ways to contact IRCC are via phone or through a webform. You could try calling around 2:00 PM; perhaps you'll get in touch with someone.

Could you share your entire timeline? I also completed 90 days today since my P2.

I did sent 2 Webforms, Called Multiple times to IRCC, But what i did is sent a email to IRCC portal 1 email on Friday, And today i received the ECOPR.
Not sure if that works, But i received after sending the email
