If someone get married after P2 while Waiting for ecopr, how it will affect the application? will it reduce the score ? Sorry if this question is not related to this thread.
No, nothing will affect the score after getting P2. One of my known had the same experience. You just need to inform IRCC about the marriage via phone call , web form and responding to the P1 email and keep the log. After that they will ask you to upload your spouses' documents, do a eligibility and back ground check including the proof of marriage. This only increases the processing time.

My patience wore thin, so I filled out a webform today to get an update on my PR application. Based on your experience, how soon can I expect a response?
Good luck! From my experience, it takes around 5-7 days for them to get back to you. I hope eCOPR will arrive faster than that...

Yeah, I just took a shot in the dark. I don't expect to receive eCoPR based on my submission. Thanks for the info!

I second this answer. It wouldn’t affect the application but you need to inform IRCC.

Here goes another week gone and nothing. If I was able to work while I wait I wouldn’t care as much- I would just live my life, but because I’m unable to work until I get my pr, it makes this extremely hard. It’s not like this is the first year they had to do this and they are trying to figure things out as they go .. They should have had a proper system in place after doing this for long over a decade. Covid processing didn’t even take this long. This is insane and very unfortunate. We should at least be given a proper timeline so that we can manage our expectations and plan accordingly.

Same feeling. They work without any process, everything is random, I have never seen such an inefficient system.

I know exactly how you feel. I’ve been waiting since the 28th for ECOPR, and now it’s been three months. The wait keeps getting harder.

The fact that they lack useful communication channels, a clear timeframe, and transparency makes this journey miserable. They expect us to respond to PFLs and ADRs within days, otherwise they will reject applications. However, when we request clarity and updates on our applications, they either remain silent or provide unclear and vague answers.
