What is the option we should press when calling IRCC? If anyone can instruct i can try to talk to an agent. Is it address change? Also how to which VO is processing our file?

Another eCOPR issued today following are the details of the applicant:

Received my ecopr today! CEC inland + 1 dependant AOR May 19th P1 October 30th P2 November 7th ECOPR February 5th

As per the ecopr my VO is Montreal

Yes Mine is also Edmonton and SVO is Montreal
Earlier my PVO was montreal and SVO Etobicoke

Without a doubt, the way IRCC handles applications is extremely random. I have the same P2 submission date but no eCoPR; meanwhile there are a ton of people waiting since October and November.
