you can try logging in https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login as well and scroll at the bottom so if eCOPR Download button is enabled. Sometimes you get no emails but its already available as well. trust me I did this in loop until this morning.

Even I don’t know how many times i opened my emails to check whether i got the mail or not. It is very exhausting.

It's crazy to think that quite a few people are still waiting since October for their eCoPRs!

Can you do us all a favor? Call IRCC tomorrow tell them its been 90 days since your P2 and no eCOPR and see what they say and let us know?
