Try using third party app such as Viber, etc. It should work after a few tries. Unfortunately, this is the only direct contact they're sharing publicly!

Only other number i found is 1.613. 944.4000 but cant get through to someone through that number

Also i see people apeaking about which office their p2 was from. Mine says IRCC Montreal. Does that mean i am Montreal office and is there a difference which office it is from?

No difference, VOs keep on changing all the times due to various reasons! My P1 and P2 both were from Montreal (as mentioned in the email). However, my eCoPR was from Etobicoke. Don't focus on the VO, but more on the CoPR expiry date that's been generated in your tracker!

I'd advise to keep on using this number : 1-888-242-2100

Quite a few got hold them through these 3rd party apps after a little bit of waiting!

Wow, not a single one today, eh? Might as well postpone my March vacation to May… P2 on Dec 09, will prob get my eCOPR only in February, and 1.5 to 2 months to receive physical card…

I wanted to know that I am currently in canada on work permit and waiting for my copr I got portal two on December 04, I just wanted to know what is the difference between ECOPR AND COPR is it same? and how does the copr expiry date matters to me? or the expiry date or copr does not matter to me?
