I got a similar reply today. I had submitted the web form a few weeks ago. I don’t know manToday I got reply from IRCC as I raised a webform earlier this is what I got: 'We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.
We understand that your online account indicates that a decision was made. Until an official letter is sent to you, your application remains in process.
Rest assured that once your application is finalized, it will be communicated to you.'
Like why do you even need to say this, I already know this part...this is so frustrating

I’ll tell you what. I had so many plans for Christmas and new year and honestly, I haven’t really celebrated or called over many people. It’s a very unsettling feeling. Everything revolves around this. The undergoing is too much.

This is just a boilerplate reply. Issuing the eCoPR is the step that finalizes the application, so technically its still in process. Literally says that in the P1 email: "Your application for permanent residence is now ready for finalization pending the confirmation of your permanent residence status.". Nothing to worry about. Unless I missread and you're frustrated because they said nothing about why it's taking so long, but that's to be expected.
Just received 2 GUs in my GCkey for my BOWP/SOWP applications. The document number is showing with an expiry date. I suppose this is the approval for these applications. No other updates for the PR application.
Any thoughts how long that delay should be.
I sent in photo on oct 30th and no response
Might take an extra 2-3 weeks. Not sure though. But it's expected that by mid January they'll pick up on the pace!

Work Permit Approval - Dec 31
If they approved it right now, I believe their backlog for PRs is insane (my implied status was valid until end of February, so if they approved it, most likely my eCOPR will take longer, but this is all speculation).
