in my GC Key there is no update regarding PR Card, So without mailing PR Card, Can we raise Solemn Declaration ?? ( Me and my wife applied together, She got the PR card after 1 month ECOPR :-(

So you are waiting for your PR Card since Aug 10? That’s a long wait check in your PR Portal if the address is correct, you should have received it by now also I don’t know if you were already living in Canada or you came to Canada after your ECOPR, i have noticed that people already living in Canada don’t have much delay in receiving their PR Card but people who landed recently they have to wait a long time, I saw a person commenting that he landed 1 year ago and still didn’t receive his PR Card.
Never heard of anyone receiving PR Card without ECOPR, u cannot get PR Card without IRCC confirming your status as Permanent Resident.
Some did but that was a technical error on IRCC's part as the eCoPR wasn't uploaded in the applicant's portal! But that's just an exception. One in a million!

Then it’s a problem, they either sent the PR Card to the wrong address or they forgot to send it. You should send an email to the address from where you got your P1,P2 and explain them the situation and after explaining add the address where you want your Card to be delivered, they read all the emails and should definitely help you, maybe if your wife was also added to your PR profile then they probably thought it’s only one person and issued the PR card for one person only? Try sending email to them and see if they can help and if nothing works write an email to your MP and his/her assistant will talk to IRCC on your behalf also I want to ask if they approved your Address in the PR Portal or not?
PI1 & 2 Address is correct, We have used the same details for my wife and me, We have 2 profiles after the ECOPR, I will write to PM and see as the last option.
Hello, Does anyone know why a P2 email takes time after gettiig P1? Are there still some checks they have to do after sending out P1.
I received my P1 on nov21 and since then ive been waiting for P2. Replied to the P1 email twice, sent another one afterwards, raised a webform but no response. Im PNP inland with no dependents, AOR 29th Aug.

It looks like they are delaying the process as there are many backlogs pending from Oct . And as per some forum , their quota for 2024 is over so they have paused many things.
I hope you will get your P2 and COPR in quick interval in the early 2025.
