PR confirmation portal timelines

Hi everyone,

My AOR is Aug 24 and when I look into the tracker, it shows like my medical, biometrics, eligibility and background verification has been completed (BV updated on Nov 2026). Any idea when I can expect a decision.?

My BV was completed on Aug 26 and on Aug 30th they sent me the P1, you should have received it by now but I guess it's delayed because of year end anyways there is nothing you can do in this case other than wait.

I called IRCC and waited 30 mins to get in to call just to ask my VO, and just to hear that their system is down and cant access information now XD

I just saw in a Facebook group that many people got an email from IRCC saying that COPR number was cancelled and they will need further review (additional documents) after P2

Portal 1 : 25 November,
Requested again for same portal 1: Dec 13

Apparently it says

“After reviewing your application, we have determined that an additional review is necessary before you can obtain permanent residence in Canada. Your CORP, with an expiration date (2025/08/14), has been canceled. Our office will contact you if we need additional documents to make our final decision. Please be patient.

Thank you for your interest in Canada, and please accept my best regards.”

That's really bizarre but then again, IRCC have been known to do this kind of things before. How long after P2 they got this email? Out of curiosity, did these 3 applicants share the same home country? If so, do you know which one?

This could happen for so many reasons...
for e.g. medicals expired, passport expired, visa expired, permit expired, family situation changed, job changed.... basically information changed before getting to ecopr, which needs reprocessing of some parts etc..
