Yeah, they claimed they didn't see my reply to portal 1 which I sent on 31st Oct so I had to send another last week before I got my p2 email today .

I received my eCOPR today. However, it states Nov 1 as the date I became a permanent resident. Officer signed it on Nov 1 as well ! Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I am travelling to England this weekend and I will be coming back on Wednesday next week. I will make an updated post on my experience travelling back to Canada without a PR card or a PRTD.

Yeah, they claimed they didn't see my reply to portal 1 which I sent on 31st Oct so I had to send another last week before I got my p2 email today .

I emailed [no response ] , called IRCC and raised a web form . The webform came back , cos they had already made changes after the call . So call is lead to change , based on what I could see.

Ok . For me I called them and they told that they informed the office . But I don't see the updates in the application tracker yet and 4 days has been passed so thinking of sending email will be right or not .

You can email but they never respond , you can also try raising a web form. I did all three and something worked , I did them around the same time so don’t know what worked , you could try emailing and the webform too

I send replies to P1 and P2 emails, try KAI method, nothing was helpful.
