Do we get a personal email (gmail, hotmail etc) if we get Ecopr or do we have to check in portal?

Someone mentioned that you would receive two emails at the address registered with the PR portal. One email will have the subject “Congratulations on becoming a PR,” and the other will notify you that the eCoPR is available for download.
