Got to know form multiple sources that they have started working on early - mid October P2s under the CEC stream since yesterday! Fingers Crossed!
My timeline :
Portal 1 : October 17 (Montreal VO)

Last I heard that they were issuing for October 3 - October 17 yesterday. Hoping they reach to late Octobers soon enough! Fingers Crossed!

I never inquired, but I can see now in the ECOPR that the office was Montreal.
