PR confirmation portal timelines

Sorry ecopr says - Issued at Montreal and it also says became PR at Etobicoke.. Don't know which one it is.
Well, that's good to know. Maybe, your home address is in Toronto, so, they decided that you became PR in Etobicoke/Toronto instead of Montreal! Don't really know what it means though. Might as well give them a call just to be on the safe side that there is no error on the eCoPR!
On which mail id did you send the email ?? As I also have travel plans and been waiting since 4 weeks
It says became PR at Etobicoke IRCC.
I think there's no error as I saw someone post in one of the reddit threads the same thing..
You can add @cic.gc.ca at the end of the following:

that is fine it happened with me as well, my ECOPR says became PR at Montreal and Issued at Etobicoke and then on my PR Card also it says that Became Pr at Montreal meanwhile I have been living in Canada for 6 years and I have never been to Montreal in my life

nice they finally started working again, all the people with OCT P2 should get their ECOPR by the end of this month and if Canada Post employees start working again before the end of this month then OCT P2's will get their PR Card as well before the holiday season.
