I would like to clarify about the ECOPR Permanent Resident. Traveling after PR portal to eCOPR
On October 24th I received a letter from the P1 portal and on October 28th they opened a P2
I signed a declaration on the PR portal that I am in Canada and I will also upload photos and my address. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the ECOPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence)
1. Can I fly to the USA for a short time between PR portal 2 and eCOPR? Do I have to stay in Canada until eCOPR?
2.Should I stay in Canada between the eCOPR and PR card?

My recommendation is to stay here in Canada
Mine is same- P1 -Oct 3rd and P2-Oct 25th .. still waiting for ecopr ...hope fully will be getting soon .
