Hi all, been waiting for eCOPR since a P2 on Oct 11, I have travel plans next week to the US for 5 days that I thought I'd have my eCOPR in time for, especially back then since processing was only about 2-3 weeks. Am I able to leave Canada at this stage? I have a valid WP still. Do I need to notify IRCC?

Hi friends! Today I got eCOPR. Here is my timeline for reference:

Application submitted: June 19th, PVO - Edmonton, SVO Montreal
Final Decision: Sep 23rd
P1: Sep 27th (from Montreal)
P2: Oct 21st
eCOPR: Nov 7th (Etobicoke)

I strongly advice against traveling at this stage. As I know they can invalidate your visa anytime and you won't have a valid document to return to Canada (based on what my immigration consultant told me)

Send an email to IRCC stating Inquiry regarding Portal 2 and in the email write to them that you have been waiting for more than a month for P2 and you sent them all the required info for P1 and after writing all this copy the template from PDF file and paste it in the email and again fill all the info like you did during the P1 and send it to them. I also waited for more than three weeks for my P2 and later on I sent them this email and got the the P2 on the next day.

Hi, Can I ask if you submited your Police Certificate when you submited your PR application at first or it was expire and IRCC asked for the new one?

When should I expect ecopr and PR card?
Was planning to go back home in early jan, But seems very tough to get PR card by then!!

Yes in 2022 Medical & Police certificate was submited during Pr application, But they again asked in 2024.

P2 --- Oct 9. Tomorrow will make it exactly one month still waiting for eCOPR. I thought this takes only two weeks usually?
