Some people are so lucky to relieve the ecorp so fast also waiting since p2 sep 23 and I see people ecorps already from later p2s

that's true Montreal VO is working on P2's from October now, I don't know how they missed yours as my P2 was Sep 17 and received COPR on Oct 11 so you should have received it around Oct 20-25.

Probably third week of nov otherwise it will come in the 4th week but I have noticed that they are working faster now and sending ECOPR's in 2 weeks before it was around 3 weeks so you may receive it faster, hope you receive it this month so you can get your PR Card in December.

Medical Emergency - 2 days ago, due to an intense stomach pain I had to go to the ER and discovered that I don't have MSP coverage due to work permit expiring recently (Applied for extension and its in processing). The doctors are advising me to go into surgery immediately as a rupture could be life threatening.

Could I reach out to IRCC to expedite my process? Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

Yes, apply for BOWP before your current WP expires!
