Received my PR card yesterday! My picture never changed from "in review" just in case anyone is wondering if their picture will be a problem.

Montreal VO
P1: Aug 2
P2: Aug 19
eCOPR: Oct 7
PR Card: Oct 24

You had to wait around 7 weeks after P2 to get eCOPR . Hope we all don't have to wait this long

Just an untested trick, it worked for some people, no luck for me.

Basically sending the p1 info to all VOs instead of replying to the one you received.
