Just replied to P1 today (Oct 22).
Anyone knows if I can wait for P2 outside of Canada? I cannot spend too many days in Canada now as I have transferred my position to another country. Thanks for any insights!

In P2 you need to declare that you are in Canada, so you need to stay in Canada until you receive your COPR but I doubt if they really go and check if you are in Canada or not but i would say don't take your chances.

Guys its been awkwardly silent on eCoPR's have we not seen any eCoPRs lately or the guys are not posting them
