Should I contact to ircc ,I can not track my application either .... every time I try to create an account it shows error. If I have to wait, how long should I wait for ECOPR. Please advice.

Today I saw lot of people with sep P2 got ecopr from Etobicoke..so not sure if the delay is with Montreal office
Did you call ircc..for me whenever I call them the tracker gets updated with “received enquiry”
