Sending webform to ask for delayed eCOPR does any good? Anybody tried this and worked?

Isn’t Application Portal to file for PR application is different than PR Portal that we create after receiving P2?
Any ideas?
I am very confused and stressed

is the same, at least in my case because i am using the same e-mail that used when i created my PR application and the email that provided in P1.

I honestly have no idea what the Final Decision portion is. It looks like it's where they will write "status approved" or something along those lines...
