did you check you permanent residence portal ?
and they will email you if its ready for download.

I’ve been checking continuously - and also used the F12 trick to see the technical information

Hi everyone, here is my timeline (Quebec Skilled Worker Stream) :
Final decision update GCKey : 24th June 2024.
P1 : 25th June 2024 (answered the same day).
--- Tried KIA Method ---
P2 : 10th July 2024 (uploaded photo & address the same day).
--- Tried KIA Method for ECOPR twice ---

VO Montreal & Sydney.
The beginning of my process was quite fast since I've been living in Quebec for many many years. For ECOPR I tried KIA + calling but the only answer I receive is that there is no processing time for ECOPR and I just have to wait. I know of people who submitted their PR demand the same day as me who already received their PR Card. I've had to cancel all my summer trips and I'm fearing now that I'm going to have to cancel work related travels soon. Will keep you guys updated !
