I received the exact same email response from Montreal after i sent couple of emails and webform.

Hoping to receive ecopr soon.

u had serious patience as well. No KAI between P1 and P2?

sent kai between P1 and P2 3 times until i got a message saying they have sent it since 31st of May. Then replied to the original mail again and 3 days after got the P2. Was panicking had a couple of months to my WP expiry guess thats why u wasnt panicking so much

Yes. I only followed up through web form a week ago. Coz I’m thinking that resending email will only flood their mailbox and will only worsen their email system…
