Ho do we fulfill the below requirement with digital photos to be uploaded for portal 2:

*The back of one (1) photograph must:
• bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of
the photography studio
• bear the date the photograph was taken
• the photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are
unacceptable.

Are you sure this is required for the portal? Sounds like the instructions for a paper application. I just uploaded my digital image directly to the portal with no modifications

I was hoping to get Ecopr by the end of the month to adjust my student fees.
Does anyone know of a way to expedite the process? Does the KAI method or web forming work, or is it just a myth? What about flagpoling?
