I would say at least 3 weeks and the latest would be 6 weeks.

anyone uploading photos got a warning message about the photo background even though the photo looks good?

So, I went ahead even with the warning message and eCoPR came out just fine.
As long as the pictures actually look good and clear, they probably won't reject it.

My final decision date in gc key was 14 march.i called ircc multiple time.and also raised webform.but still no portal email.but when I called last time ircc agent said he leave a message to my visa centre ,does anyone have same experience?

Hey my PNp based Express entry PR is submitted on January 27,2024
biometric done - March 17
medical passed - March 28
nothing after untill last week
i received a letter from IRCC they are asking for a renewal of my spouse’s passport…his passport is expiring in october 2024
is it a good sign or just normal

Not really, just wait. I also got a request for additional documents including the Family information form in March 2024. Got the final decision one week ago. My AOR is September 29, so it was around 8 months for me.

Thanks for the response. Congrats on your final decision. It has been over two months without any updates, so I got a little worried. And there is no way for me to reach them to confirm they are still processing it.
