I got my P1 on may 16 and still waiting on P2. VO montreal

Anyone with the same timeline who is also waiting. I have been emailing all Vos and haven't heard anything yet meanwhile many people with P2 on the same day or later already got it

My wife got P1 on 13 May VO Montreal and still no P2.

according to what i have gathered from various threads they seem to be gathering pool of candidates for anywhere between 3-4 weeks and then issue P2 details, which is why it is a 4 week long wait for some and while others that are in the end of 4th week might get their P2 portal quicker. It appear lot of people from week of May 6 and up are waiting for next update so we should hear something this week. I could be wrong but lets see.

Usually, they send it within a week. However, on average, I might take 1-4 weeks.

Hey @Anukaur789! One person replied to me that it might be a problem with endorsement. They also asked what is you province and NOC? It seems that chefs and cooks may have this kind of issue. How is it going on your end?

Should there be an autoreply from submitting the P1 email?(VO Montréal)? My wife replied within an hour of receiving her P1 email (on 13 May); however, the MP just informed us that IRCC claims no reply was received. We submitted another reply just incase but no autoreply for that either. I find it not plausible they didn't receive her reply.

I also do no think it is possible that they don't receive the replies. Also, your P1 was on 13 May, it hasn't been even a month yet. The processing time between P1 and P2 is around 4-6 weeks, wait a bit more!

I agree that hasnt been long enough but it is strange IRCC told the MP they haven't received a reply. I hadn't contacted MP about P1 to P2 but because still sorting out why IRCC never even started an application for my wife's open-work permit. We applied October 2023 and they haver never even started processing it. Which if her PR is finalized then no need for it but its still frustrating since that is a few hundred dollars we paid for the application and they did nothing with it.
