hi team, i called IRCC today , agent said the officer has acknowledged my reply back on 18th April.
my portal 1 was 19 March and replied same day...
any advice or updates will be appreciated

Issue today. I sent it anyway because it says if it does not work then agent will adjust the brightness. I tried so many times but did not work.

I tried it on Thursday 25 april.i just spoke with ircc 20 mins ago they told me to wait(usual answer)
Then i received portal 2

P1- 8th April
P2 - 30th April

Has anyone uploaded the photo with the warning that it is too dark or too bright? I tried so many times but it does not work.
