Anybody waiting for portal 2 from last week? I got portal 1 on October 23 and replied on October 24. Still didn’t get anything yet. Not even automatic reply. I looked at the excel sheet for Montreal VO and found out most October 23 got portal 2 by October 27. My PR application took 28 months to come in this stage. I don’t know how long it might take.

Do not understand how they are processing it. Some got in 2 days and some are waiting for long time.
I got all my sections completed in the tracker on Oct 03, Called IRCC twice and they said they sent the pre-approval email but I didn't get it. So the agent said they informed the officer about it. Since then I've heard nothing, no emails.
What can I do? And is this normal?

Another day gone. Montreal VO spreading happiness. 
Go to https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/ and click "Forgot password". Then use your Email address that you used in your GCKey account and check if it sends a portal reset Email. If you get one, you can reset the password and login.

Medical passed: August 28
Medicals passed again: October 14th
BGC and eligibility completed on October 14th.
I can see the COPR number in the documents section, but i have not yet received portal 1 email.

It took me 11 weeks to receive portal 2 credentials, I know the struggle. But hang in there, it will come
