Its been more than 60 days and I am still waiting for Portal 2. I emailed and tried calling them and no proper response from them.

Try your MP if it’s been a while since Portal 2, but there isn’t much they can do… :/

They can’t do much. It’s purely luck.

Oct 25 - PR Card in the mail for dependents
Primary is still waiting for GC Key PR Card Application to be Approved

I have seen some posts on Twitter about people requesting for eCOPR from Montreal office. Seems like either they don’t want to work or they are short staffed.

Service Canada usually take a photocopy of eCOPR. So you have to download eCOPR and then go for SIN update.
