Did you get COPR? I saw few people received COPR today who have been waiting since 30th and 31 August.
MY Friend just got her COPR we work together.

Fedral Applied : 9 May
PRE arrival: 27 September

I have been waiting for my PR Cards since 8/29/2023.
There is a chance, but I would not buy the flight tickets!
