Then i replied to fix it with full name:

Name: Xxxxx xxxxxxx

It shouldn't matter, names are already there In the EE profile, it is just an info check.

You will receive an email when eCOPR is ready. It might take a few hours to a few weeks. I have been waiting since August 31. Hope we can receive it soon!

I am also waiting for Ecopr since 29 August. Will hope to receive soon all the waiting members.

I had the same situation. I sent another email to the portal 1 email telling them that dependent recieved it but I didn't and also sent a webform for technical difficulties and told them that only a case for dependent is showing up but not for me. Then i received mine after a couple of days.

Like everything else with IRCC, "wait" is the only constant. Nothing else you can do. Keep waiting until eternity....

Also no point in replying 15times. That would do no good. Just keep waiting
