Same timeline as you, I replied to portal 1 email the same day but haven't heard back anything yet.
From the post that I have seen, it seems like it takes about 5-7 days from Portal 1 to Portal 2 email.

Do you have the portal account or you are an EE applicant? Did you send any follow up email?

M also waiting for portal 2 since 31 july sent two emails with my information and raised one web form nothing yet
You can link your PR card application to your IRCC account, just need to use the same information that was received in the eCoPR exactly as they wrote your personal info. You can see when it is approved and mailed.
I am also waiting for COPR since 19th August . Yes you are right for above 90 % cases mentioned here it takes 3,4 days max .
I sent my info on Aug 6 still waitingVO Montreal
