My concern is I am a dependent of the PA in our PR application. I am a student and my partner has an OWP. I am expecting to receive my grad documents by September. Do I still need to apply for PGWP while waiting for the eCOPR so I can continue working?

The delay with the portal links are giving us so much stress!!!

Of course, because the photo would be made into our PR card. And the back of the photo shouldn't be required to be uploaded since it would never make it to the PR card.
That's why I said that part in the article from IRCC is so misleading, and stupid, in my opinion.

No, you only need to wair for your photo to be accepted so they can make a card out of it. Link your PR card application to your CIC account to check for updates too.
