PR confirmation portal timelines

I got E-COPR yesterday around 10:45 EST
VO Montreal updated timeline:
Portal1 July 25 reply same-day and received automatic reply
Portal2 August 9 upload photo and confirm address
E-COPR: August 14

Did you have an account already? Or did they create one for you?

26th day, portal 2 is still not received. Should be getting in this week hopefully.

there is a theory within members of this portal that the applicants that already opened a user name in the PR PORTAL will have a delay in the response of portal 2

IS not really a theory is noted on the pdf we receive if we already have a account that could generate indue delay.... unfortunatly some applicant (like me) have already an account and post the residence permanency by here since the start (as our program wanted)

Here is my timeline -
May 12 - AOR
June 19th - Portal 1 email (was out of Canada so replied with date when I will be back)
Aug 6th - Came back and called IRCC to tell them I'm back. They asked to reply to same email again saying you're back
Aug 10th - Portal 2 , Uploaded photo same day
Aug 15th - eCOPR, Photo in review and Address is accepted by IRCC

Technically to add a tab in our portal doesn’t take 10 days of delay!!

Follow up email saying its been 26 days and I am still waiting for credentials. In the same email string of portal-1.

if i ask that is because with their autoreply mail i question myself about did they read message with another subject mail than that
