I don't understand how VO Montreal works as I was ready to wait at least until the end of this month, but this is my timeline guys:

EE-PNP BC

Portal 1: July 31
Portal 2: August 9, this morning 11AM PST

My dependent also got his separate account created, he will upload his photo tonight.

Uploaded photo immediately, now another round of waiting for eCOPR and PR card......

Yeah, I had access to the portal on August 9, uploaded photo immediately and got my eCoPR today.

I have one partner as dependent, he also got his separate access and eCoPR same timeline as mine.

I didn't send any follow up email except replying to the portal 1 twice, the second reply was because I realized that I made a mistake in the first reply.

Yes light blue/green is fine. Don’t wear dark color clothes. I had a hard time getting photo uploaded even after getting it clicked from ups store
