Hi .Is there anyone waiting from july 12 th for portal 2. I have sent multiple reminders and concerning email as a seperate one. What else cloud help to make sure we get the credentials as soon as position.

Looks like that all stuck cases are with one or two officers who are on leave, That's why no response even with multiple reminders. Rest all cases are getting through within 15-20 days at VO Montreal.

Maybe not. We have people who responded on July 10 and haven't gotten their login credentials. I replied on July 13 and still waiting
