PR confirmation portal timelines

Hi,
How do you find about the VO for PR card application? I’ve tried to contact IRCC but I haven’t found anything as application no. starts with R letter .

The VO is the office where you get your portal emails. It usually shows at the end of email.
But my card is mailed from Sydney instead of my VO Calgary.

Thanks for the timeline! I also received my confirmation on the 23rd and submitted same day to Calgary VO - still have not received my PR Portal but hopefully this means I'm not too far behind! Do you remember what time you sent the email? I sent mine at 11 AM

Portal credentials: 16th January (Was outside Canada on vacation)

My partner and I have received ECOPR in Jan 12th but we didn't received our cards yet. Today I accessed the portal and his photo had disappeared, as if I had never uploaded it (which does not make sense, since we got ecopr). Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Not sure if I should reupload the photo.

I have a question. I got my approval letter on Jan 6 (replied to their email same day for login details). On Jan 17 they had a question (replied same day). On Jan 31 still no response so I sent a follow up email. On Feb 7 they asked me to confirm my details again (replied same day). Its now Feb 13 and still no response. Is this normal? What should i do. Location is Etobicoke.

Hey, have you got the Portal Access/Credentials yet? I am in same situation, they sent 1st portal confirmation e-mail to me on 10 Jan. and now I am still yet to get Portal Access/Credentials...
