In the PR portal, did they approve your address while you wait for the photo 'in review'? I received the eCOPR on January 4, but both my address and my photo are still 'in review'. I wonder if this is something you experience too or if your address was approved as you got the eCOPR! I'm at VO Montreal.

there's no phone number for the VO's - you have to reach out to them by email or webform sadly. I was pretty much told by my immigration representative that it's best not to make plans for travelling post portal 1 email through to eCOPR

Super fast VIP processing, received PR confirmation on Dec 15th and credentials on 30th Dec and still waiting. Startled to see how haphazard is their processing system.

I am confused with VO. My eCOPR says OSC - Operations. I know for sure my VO was Montreal but the PR portal mail came from
Virtual Landing Unit
Operations Support Centre

Does eCOPR means address accepted because one of my friend who got his PR in sep 2022 says his address and photo is still in review.

Hi, I do not really what you mean by Case, but if my guess is right, I will assume you mean stream, my stream was TR 2 PR. I have applied since June 2021.

They probably moved the VO to process it faster. My Vo was Montreal and on the COPR it says Montreal.......

I waited long for portal link. But ecopr I wasn’t expecting soon. I guess they are now doing it fast.
