Mine came in the morning. Again I cannot say that they come only in the morning. I kept checking the mails from 8AM till 4PM Pacific time on Weekdays.

I got mine just now, so no fixed time I think.

I don't think you should do that, as they clearly mention in the email to have ink signature.

"The eCoPR has two pages. By hand, using a wet signature, sign and date the CLIENT COPY of the eCoPR document, below the Immigration Officer’s electronic signature. Your signature and date will not be accepted in an electronic format."

Is it similar for any category of application, mine is FSW inland

i have a rep, they sent me this via email. it was not fwded and they have fwded rest of the documents. in that case, it'll have to be sent to their gckey account.

Does anyone know if I will get an email when the PR card is mailed?

No just a normal Canada Post delivery in your mail and the portal will still keep on saying reviewing your case in portal.

is it just regular mail or registered mail? just a little concerned about that. we had a porch pirate problem in our neighbourhood a while ago.

Sorry, I was away and couldn't respond earlier. Yes, I am in the GTA.

I was replying back to the emails that I had received from IRCC from "IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca"
I did include the pdf confirmation that I had gotten from IRCC in my reply back with the requested details to IRCC. Not sure if thats helpful or needed but I did so anyway since I didn't want to take chances. Hope that helps.
