is there a way to contact the Etobicoke office apart from that email from where the portal email was sent?

I found this email and did email them but got a boiler plate answer with an added line of "we will not reply after this"

How do we check medial expiration? Does it has any relation for ecopr?

Your medical is valid for 12 months. You can see the expiration date on the medical information the doctor gave you. COPR are usually issued with 5 months validity. If your medical is expiring before the 5 months, then the COPR would be tied to the that expiration date at less than 5 months. Medical expires in 2 months, COPR issued with 2 months validity.

I got automatic email that mentioned my email is in the virtual landing queue.
